I might not be writing about Hofgaard like I once did (see today’s other post on that) but I still enjoy visiting him. In fact, so much that the brief idea of selecting another tree to add to my list of trees to visit was discarded quickly. I don’t mind walking, but I don’t have so much energy to put into relationships that I can try to build two right now.
Here, we’re sitting with our back against Hofgaard, looking out across the meadow which he borders. Behind both him and us is the little path through the park I enjoy so much.
